ZOCS recently completed a state of the art resource centre hosting conference facilities for seminars, sensitization workshops, and other community meetings. The resource centre is also available for hire to members of the public in the organisation's institutional fundraising drive. Hosting a well stocked library where community school teachers and pupils can access information on different topics, it is now a hundred times easier for schools to access information. Currently, ZOCS hopes to  make the computer room fully functional  by way of an online library .The online library would make availabe to the user teaching and learning materials at the click of a button! This innovation is expected to create a brandy new system in the way In-service teacher training is conducted done. Additionally, ZOCS is in the process of finishing up plans for a commercial cyber cafe. Since the construction of the resource centre ZOCS has made remarkable savings  of upto 15%, completedy transforming the way meetings are conducted by embracing a savings approach on each community meeting held. This approach has freed up  resources for programme implementation.
