Success Stories

The In-service teacher training programme is designed to cater for both the trained and untrained teachers. It is also designed for those teachers who have not completed grade 12, but have been identified by their  communities as being good teachers that would be equipped with skills that would help them cope in their work while waiting to up grade their grade twelve certificates. These are special in-service courses to give them crucial skills for teaching and assisting with school management. The trainings focus on the importance of school and classroom management strategies to improve efficiency and the effective operation of Community Schools.
